On August 19, 2026, a severe storm impacted communities across our region, leaving families and neighborhoods facing immediate needs for food, supplies, and support.

In response, The Village Initiative is creating a Community Resiliency Hub to serve as a place where neighbors can find support and resources during the recovery. The hub will provide food and essential supplies, while also welcoming volunteers who want to help their community.

Justice for Wyandotte is raising funds to support The Village Initiative’s resiliency efforts. Donations will help purchase food, water, cleaning and recovery supplies, and other essential items needed to support residents as our community begins to recover.
